I am a journalist, an editor, a trained chef and a wine expert. These are my passions, as well as education. I was the director of a Hospitality Management School, in Lima - Peru. I was a professor of History of Food, and Oenology. Actually I am a full-time blogger, and with my daughter we are the team behind perudelights, a blog about Peruvian cuisine.
