Her memoir-in-essays, "Bitch is the New Black" (HarperCollins), was optioned by "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes for Fox Searchlight Pictures. Helena's work has appeared in The New York Times, Glamour, Marie Claire, TheRoot.com among other national publications.
